Automatic Recurring Charges By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel. Charges will appear from Natural Pawz.

Billing Frequency & Amount You will be billed every 30 days at the price shown at checkout, which may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time after your second shipment has been processed. The first billing cycle is non-refundable and non-cancellable. This means:

• You can cancel after your 2nd charge has been processed, at least 24 hours before your next billing date
• You cannot cancel or receive a refund during your first 30-day billing cycle
